Booking

• Do you accept walk-ins? Currently we are appointment only studio. We will be relocating to a larger space and taking walk-ins in the near future.
• Is there a booking fee? Yes. We require a $25 deposit to secure your appointment. That amount will be applied toward your final purchase.
  
• Can I change or cancel my appointment? Your confirmation email includes a link where you can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment at any time. 
  
• Is the $25 booking deposit refundable? Your $25 booking deposit will be applied toward your final purchase.
• Can I bring a friend? Yes, each of our booking can accomodate 2. If you would like to bring more than one friend, please select our Group Booking. 
  

Piercing

• What is the price? 
  • Piercing Service: $55 for Lobe; $75 for Cartilage
  • Flat Back Studs: Implant Grade Titanium $35+  |    14k Gold $125+
  • Hoop, Clicker or Seamrings Implant Grade Titanium $75+ | 14k Gold $195+
• Can I bring my own jewelry? For your safety and ours, we do not allow outside jewelry. We use only Nina Wynn pieces to ensure proper materials, cleanliness, and healing success.
• What kind of jewelry do you offer? All jewelry is hypoallergenic and made from the finest materials - including solid 14k/18k gold and implant-grade titanium. Our jewelry is free from nickel and cadmium and made to meet the highest quality and hypoallergenic standards. Everything we use is designed for long-term wear and optimal healing.
• Is jewelry included in the service? Jewelry is sold separately. 
  
• Do you use a needle or a gun? We only use a single use needle. Piercing with a needle is cleaner, less painful, more precise, less traumatic and leads to better healing. 
• How long does it take to heal? Lobe: 12 week. Cartilage: 10 months
• What is downsizing, and why is it necessary? Your initial piercing is done with a slightly longer post to allow for swelling. Once your ear begins to heal, we recommend coming in to downsize to a shorter post for comfort and security.
• What makes your jewelry safe to pierce with? Our jewelry is free from nickel and cadmium and made to meet the highest quality and hypoallergenic standards. Everything we use is designed for long-term wear and optimal healing.
