I placed my order over a week ago, but haven't received my package yet. Where the @#%! is it?
Check the tracking number emailed to you upon shipping. This would likely have been sent to you within 2-3 days of placing your order if the item was in stock.
If an item was not in stock then we are likely busy little bees making your jewelry. The best thing to do is email us and we can give you an update.
If the item HAS shipped and not yet arrived, it could be due weather delays. Unfortunately, when we contact the shipper, they typically don't provide us any more information than they will give our customers.
Unfortunately once the shipment leaves us, it is out of our hands. It is very important that you are proactive with delivery attempts by the carrier, mailman etc. Was the packaged delivered to a neighbor by mistake? Is your neighbor wearing a suspiciously similar piece of jewelry to the one you ordered?!?!
Keep in mind that 3-5 business days could mean 5-7 days of the week when accounting for week-ends. This is especially true for destinations farther from Denver, Colorado.
Please also ensure you select the fastest shipping option that works best for you.
Lastly, If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

JEWELRY
I can't find a jewelry piece I was looking for on the website. What do I do?
Please contact our customer service here. We may be able to custom make it for you! If it is no longer in stock we can either update you on when it will be, or special order it.
How much do you charge for special orders?
It varies considerably. If it's an item that we still have the gemstones for, it would be less costly than if we had to source the gemstones and cut a small number for a single piece of jewelry.
What kind of gemstones and metals are used in Nina Wynn jewelry?
We uses natural stones that are ethically mined and processed. We use all kinds of gemstones. Mostly from India. Milli diamonds are from the US and are recycled. Large center stones are ethically sourced natural or man-made/ lab created per customer's requests. We will refuse to acquire the cheapest natural stones as they are frequently from environmentally dubious sources.
Our Silver pieces are .925 sterling, meaning they are 92.5% silver.
Our gold pieces are solid 18K gold
Our gold vermeil pieces are .925 sterling silver with a heavy 18k gold plating that is performed in Rhode Island.
How long does the gold plating vermeil last?
Pay attention...Our Gold plating process applies a minimum of 2-4 'Mils' of gold per piece. While we describe our jewelry as vermeil, the definition of vermeil includes only 2.5 microns of gold over a silver base.
1 Mil = 25.4 microns
2 Mill = 50.8 microns (Our minimum)
Vermeil = 2.5 microns
Our Vermeil Jewelry therefore has 50.8 microns (2mils) of gold minimum or 20X more gold than other jewelry sold as Vermeil. In theory it will last a long time. This does vary on environmental conditions from ambient humidity to skin type and exposure. Do you work-out and shower in your jewelry?
Can I clean my Nina Wynn Jewelry?
You can use mild soap and water to clean your jewelry if needed. Use a soft cloth to buff it. Do not use any harsh chemicals or cleaning agents.
