SHIPPING

What are your shipping rates?

  • Domestic (U.S.): We offer FREE Ground Shipping on all orders over $100.

  • International: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Please note that additional fees apply for Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. protectorates.

How long will it take to get my order?

  • In-Stock Items: Shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Backordered/Custom Items: Usually take 2–3 weeks to ship, as we are "busy little bees" handcrafting your piece.

  • Transit Time: Once it leaves our Denver studio, it typically takes 1–5 business days to arrive depending on your distance from Colorado.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an Order Confirmation email within minutes of purchase and a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on the way.

My package hasn't arrived yet. What should I do? 

First, check your tracking number. If it has been more than 5 business days since shipping, check with neighbors or your mail carrier. Once a shipment leaves our hands, it is subject to weather or carrier delays. If your item hasn't shipped yet, it is likely being crafted! Feel free to email us for a status update.

After you place an order on NinaWynn.com, you will receive a purchase receipt/order confirmation email within minutes of placing the order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on the way.

What is your return policy?

30 day no hassle return: Log in your account with the confirmation of your order and create a Return Request for a return label via USPS or UPS. 

Lifetime Guarantee

Solid gold in 14k, 18k and sterling silver are Lifetime Guarantee. Vermeil & Black Oxidized or Gunmetal are 3 years Guarantee. All guarantees are for manufacture defects and not again the normal wear and tear. 

What is your repair policy? 

All repairs are handled individually and will be at customer’s expense. We can give an estimate for repair and the turnaround time only once the item reaches our office.

Please contact us and we will respond with further instructions. Make sure to include your name, address, phone number and e-mail address, and note the reason for repair. Images of the piece are helpful as well. All e-mail and voice messages will be answered promptly within 24-hours during regular business days.

What payment forms do you accept?

We accept credit card payments on the site. Accepted credit cards are American Express, Mastercard and Visa. We also accept payments through Paypal.

JEWELRY

What materials do you use? 

We use ethically sourced and recycled materials whenever possible:

  • Gold: Solid 14k or 18k gold.

  • Silver: .925 Sterling Silver.

  • Vermeil: Our "Vermeil" is exceptional. While the industry standard is 2.5 microns of gold, we apply 50 to 254 microns (depending on the piece)—up to 100x the standard thickness.

  • Stones: Ethically mined natural stones (Turquoise from AZ/NM, diamonds from recycled US sources, and other stones from small family mines in India).

Can I clean my jewelry? 

Yes! Use mild soap, water, and a soft cloth to buff. Avoid harsh chemicals or cleaning agents.

I can't find a specific piece on the site anymore! 

Contact us, we may be able to special order it or custom-make it for you if we still have the gemstones in stock.

I can't find a jewelry piece I was looking for on the website. What do I do?

Please contact our customer service. We may be able to custom make it for you!

What kind of gemstones and metals are used in Nina Wynn's jewelry?

Nina uses natural stones that are ethically mined and processed such as Druzy, Geodes, Turquoise, Opal, Stalacite, Chrysoprase and Ammonite.

Nina Wynn strives to provide our customers with the most beautiful and long lasting jewelry on the market. Our Silver pieces are .925, and our gold pieces are plated with 22k gold and each stunning piece is finished with a beautiful satin texture.

Our Gold plating process applies a minimum of 10 to 12 Mils of gold per piece. While we describe our jewelry as vermeil, the definition of vermeil includes only 2.5 mircons of gold over a silver base. We apply a minimum of 100 times that thickness and achieve over 254 microns of gold plating on all of our jewelry.

1 Mil = 25.4 microns
10 Mill = 254 microns
Vermeil = 2.5 microns

Can I clean my Nina Wynn jewelry?

You can use mild soap and water to clean your jewelry if needed. Use a soft cloth to buff it. Do not use any harsh chemicals or cleaning agents.

RETURN SHIPMENTS

Nina Wynn does accept returns within 30 days of original purchase.

For your protection, we suggest the following to ensure your returns are received with out issue:

  • Send all returns via a traceable carrier
  • Include insurance on your shipped item
  • Notify us of your shipment and send us the tracking number before shipment.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

  • If paying by credit card, the credit card information must be obtained before the order is placed.
  • A pre-authorization of 30% of the total order is required before the order is processed. However, the credit card will not be charged until the order is ready for shipment.

NON-CONTINENTAL U.S. SHIPPING

  • Additional shipping fees apply for Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. protectorates and international orders.
  • CHECKS
  • In the event that a check is returned, a fee of $35 dollars will be charged.

SIZING INFORMATION

Rings

Nina Wynn's rings are a size 6.5 unless otherwise noted.

Our rings are specially designed with an easy-to-size band. Our rings can easily be sized one up or down. If you need a different size please let us know. We suggest going to a trusted local jeweler who can then size your ring to your personal needs.

Bangles

We currently carry four sizes of bangles.

Size 5: Very Small Wrist
Size 6: Petite Wrist
Size 7: Average Wrist
Size 8: Wide Wrist

Necklace Length Guide:

At Nina Wynn, we produce a variety of necklace lengths. The image below is an example of what various necklace lengths look like when worn.

Can your rings be resized? 

Yes. Our rings are designed with an "easy-to-size" band. They can typically be sized one size up or down by a trusted local jeweler.

What size are your bangles? 

Our bangles are oval-shaped and hinged for comfort.

RETURNS AND REPAIRS

What is your Return Policy? 

We offer a 30-day no-hassle return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • How to start: Log into your account to create a Return Request or contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number.

What is your Lifetime Guarantee?

  • Solid Gold & Sterling Silver: Lifetime Guarantee against manufacturing defects.

  • Vermeil, Black Oxidized, & Gunmetal: 3-Year Guarantee.

  • Note: Guarantees cover defects, not normal wear and tear or accidental damage.

Do you offer repairs? 

Yes. All repairs are handled individually. Many minor repairs are faster and easier via a local jeweler, but we are happy to provide an estimate. Contact us with your info and a photo of the piece to begin.
