• Can I Bring My Own Jewelry? For your safety and to maintain our high hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accommodate jewelry that customers bring in. This policy ensures that all materials used in the piercing process are hypoallergenic and of the finest quality, reducing the risk of infection and allergic reactions.
• Why Do We Use the Flat Back Threadless System? We pierce using the Flat Back Threadless system because it's known for its exceptional healing outcomes. This method is less invasive, promotes faster healing, and is comfortable for daily wear, especially in fresh piercings.
• Do We Use a Piercing Gun?
• No, we do not use piercing guns. All piercings are performed with a needle, which is safer, more hygienic, and less traumatic to the skin. Piercing guns can cause unnecessary damage and are not recommended for a healthy piercing experience.
• Is an Appointment Required?  Yes, an appointment is required for our Piercing Service. This ensures you receive dedicated time and attention from our expert piercers, making your experience as comfortable and personalized as possible.
