International shipping
Shipping to supported international destinations is $25 for orders under $1,000 and $50 for orders of $1,000 or more. All amounts are in USD.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees required by the destination country.
When your order ships
In-stock jewelry typically ships within 1 business day. Made-to-order pieces typically require 10–14 business days before shipment; production time may vary by piece.

Returns & eligibility
Eligible jewelry may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Body jewelry is excluded from this return policy.
U.S. returns
Return shipping is free for eligible U.S. returns within the 30-day window.
International returns
International customers pay their return shipping costs. Complimentary return shipping is available only for eligible U.S. returns.

Every Nina Wynn piece is backed by our Wynning Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty. We evaluate defects related to craftsmanship or materials and repair or replace the piece when covered under the warranty.
