Pricing is based on the number of healed piercings being serviced.
Each Additional Piercing

$50 initial service includes 2 healed piercings + six additional piercings at $15 each.

Jewelry is carefully removed and cleaned using ultrasonic technology, then sterilized in a medical-grade autoclave before reinstallation.

Skin Renewal & Hydration
We gently cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate the skin around fully healed piercings to remove buildup and refresh the ear.

Reinstall & Restyle
Your jewelry is reinstalled with care. If you want a new look, we can also refresh the styling with additional Nina Wynn jewelry.

This service is designed for fully healed piercings. If a piercing is new, irritated or still actively healing, wait until healing is complete and follow the care instructions provided by your piercer.
Nina Wynn & Outside JewelryOutside jewelry is welcome with a waiver
We guarantee the integrity of Nina Wynn jewelry. Outside jewelry may be brought in with a signed waiver because we cannot verify another maker’s materials, construction or prior wear.
Downsizing & Fit ChangesDifferent from routine Ear Spa maintenance
Downsizing changes the post length or fit of jewelry after healing progress. If you specifically need a professional downsize, use our dedicated Piercing Downsizing service instead.

How often should I get an Ear Spa?
We generally recommend every 6–12 months to maintain the appearance, hygiene and comfort of healed piercings and jewelry.
Is an Ear Spa especially helpful in Denver’s dry climate?
Denver’s dry air can contribute to skin dryness and buildup around healed piercings. Ear Spa includes cleansing, exfoliation and hydration to help refresh the area.
Can I bring jewelry from another brand?
Yes. Outside jewelry is welcome with a signed waiver. We can only guarantee the integrity of Nina Wynn jewelry.
Is Ear Spa safe for new piercings?
No. Ear Spa is designed for fully healed piercings. If you recently received an ear piercing, follow your piercer’s aftercare instructions until healing is complete.
Will my jewelry be sterilized?
Jewelry is professionally cleaned using ultrasonic technology and sterilized in a medical-grade autoclave before reinstallation.
Can you restyle my ear during the appointment?
Yes. Light restyling and jewelry upgrades can be incorporated into Ear Spa. For complete ear mapping, a signature mockup or a larger design plan, book Ear Curation.
Do you offer jewelry upgrades during Ear Spa?
Yes. You can browse our fine piercing jewelry collection during your visit and purchase new pieces separately.
What is downsizing, and is it included?
Downsizing adjusts the post length or fit of threadless jewelry. It is different from an Ear Spa. If you need a downsize, visit our Piercing Downsizing page.
