The visit combines jewelry cleaning, care for the surrounding healed skin, careful reinstallation and optional light restyling. The team assesses your jewelry and piercing before choosing an appropriate cleaning method.

How Much Does an Ear Spa Cost?
Service prices are in USD and depend on the number of fully healed piercings being serviced. Confirm your total with the team, including any separate jewelry purchases.
Each Additional Piercing
Add each additional healed piercing you would like professionally serviced.
Example: 8 Piercings
$50 initial service includes 2 healed piercings + six additional piercings at $15 each.

The team checks your healed piercings, the condition of your jewelry and the care appropriate for each piece.

Deep Jewelry Cleaning
Jewelry is carefully removed and assessed for cleaning. Ultrasonic cleaning may be used when suitable; it removes debris and is not sterilization. Autoclave sterilization is used as appropriate for the piece and reinstallation process. Stones, treatments, settings and material condition can limit which methods are suitable, especially for outside jewelry.

Care for Healed Skin
Care for the surrounding fully healed skin may include gentle cleansing, exfoliation or hydration when appropriate. These cosmetic steps are not care for a new or healing piercing and are not treatment for irritation or infection.

Reinstall & Restyle
Your jewelry is reinstalled after the team checks its condition and fit. If you would like a different look, discuss light restyling and separately priced Nina Wynn jewelry. A cleaning visit does not make every piece or post suitable for every piercing.

Fully Healed Piercings OnlyEar Spa is not a fresh-piercing treatment
This service is designed for fully healed piercings. If a piercing is new, irritated or still actively healing, ask your piercer about appropriate care before booking Ear Spa. A piercing can appear healed on the outside while the channel is still healing. Follow your piercer’s aftercare instructions rather than using cosmetic cleaning as healing care.
Nina Wynn & Outside JewelryOutside jewelry is welcome with a waiver
We guarantee the integrity of Nina Wynn jewelry. Outside jewelry may be brought in with a signed waiver because we cannot verify another maker’s materials, construction or prior wear.
Downsizing & Fit ChangesDifferent from routine Ear Spa maintenance
Downsizing is a professional assessment of post length and fit as healing progresses. It is a different service from routine Ear Spa maintenance. Ask the team which appointment you need and visit our Piercing Downsizing guide.

How often should I get an Ear Spa?
Nina Wynn generally suggests every 6–12 months as optional maintenance for the appearance and comfort of fully healed piercings and jewelry. This is not a universal care requirement. Your routine, jewelry and individual needs may call for a different interval; ask the team what is appropriate for you.
Is an Ear Spa especially helpful in Denver’s dry climate?
Dry air can leave the surrounding skin feeling dry. Ear Spa can include gentle cleansing, exfoliation or hydration of fully healed surrounding skin when appropriate. Discuss your concerns with the team; this cosmetic service is not treatment for an irritated, healing or infected piercing.
Can I bring jewelry from another brand?
Yes. Outside jewelry is welcome with a signed waiver. We can only guarantee the integrity of Nina Wynn jewelry.
Is Ear Spa safe for new piercings?
No. Ear Spa is designed for fully healed piercings. If you recently received an ear piercing, follow your piercer’s aftercare instructions until healing is complete. Ask your piercer to assess readiness if you are unsure; an apparently healed surface does not establish that the channel is fully healed.
Will my jewelry be sterilized?
The team assesses the material, stones, treatments, setting and condition before selecting an appropriate process. Ultrasonic cleaning may remove debris but is not sterilization. Autoclave sterilization is used as appropriate for the piece and reinstallation process; some jewelry cannot tolerate ultrasonic cleaning or heat. Confirm how your particular pieces will be handled, especially outside jewelry.
Can you restyle my ear during the appointment?
Yes. Light restyling and jewelry upgrades can be incorporated into Ear Spa. For complete ear mapping, a signature mockup or a larger design plan, book Ear Curation.
Do you offer jewelry upgrades during Ear Spa?
Yes. You can browse our fine piercing jewelry collection during your visit and purchase new pieces separately. Confirm that your preferred piece is available at your selected studio and suitable for your piercing.
What is downsizing, and is it included?
