• Our jewelry is free from nickel and cadmium and made to meet the highest quality and hypoallergenic standards. Everything we use is designed for long-term wear and optimal healing.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

• What does the piercing service include?
  Professional piercing from our expert team using a sterile needle and the Flat Back Threadless system — a method known for its superior comfort and healing. We use only Implant Grade Titanium or 14k Solid Gold to ensure a safer and smoother experience.
• Is jewelry included in the service?
  Jewelry is sold separately. We exclusively use our own line of hypoallergenic jewelry, crafted in-house from solid gold with titanium back to meet the highest standards for safety and style.

• Can I bring my own jewelry?

• What makes your jewelry safe to pierce with?

Booking & Cancellations

• Is there a booking fee?
  Yes. We require a $25 deposit to secure your appointment. That amount will be applied toward your final purchase. If you don’t end up making a purchase or need to cancel, the deposit is fully refundable.
• Can I change or cancel my appointment?
  Absolutely. Your confirmation email includes a link where you can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment at any time. We offer full refunds for cancellations and make it simple to rebook.
• Do you accept walk-ins?
  We accept walk-ins. Appointments are recommended.
• Do you offer piercings for children's?
  Yes. 6 Years old + please ring proof of guardianship. Book for Kids piercing click here

Piercing Method & Healing

• Do you use a needle or a gun?
  We only use a single use needle. Piercing with a needle is cleaner, less painful, more precise, less traumatic to the skin, and leads to better healing. We never shoot you with a piercing gun.  (We only stab you with a needle ;) 
• How long does it take to heal?
  Lobes: 8–12 weeks
  Cartilage: 6–9 months
• What is downsizing, and why is it necessary?
  Your initial piercing is done with a slightly longer post to allow for swelling. Once your ear begins to heal, we recommend coming in to downsize to a shorter post for comfort and security.
• When should I come in for a downsize?
  Lobes: 8-12 weeks after the initial piercing
  Cartilage: 9–12 months after the initial piercing

Choosing the Right Jewelry

• What types of jewelry backs do you offer?
  We offer the safest and most comfortable options for healing:
• Flat Back Threadless: Our top recommendation. Secure, discreet, and ideal for new piercings.
• Push-backs or Friction back traditional jewelry: Only for our traditional showroom jewelry, not appropriate for piercing.  Nor is it comfortable to sleep in as the post will stick into your neck, ugh.
• We do not offer threaded Backs: While they are good for some body jewelry, they are not ideal for gold piercings due to thread wear and frequent need to tighten.
• Clickers & Seam Rings: Yes we pierce with hoops. Hoop piercings are possible but may take longer to heal and have a slightly higher risk of bumps, though these are not keloids. Most people heal without issues. Consult your piercer with questions.
