This allows you to choose the exact length (4.5mm to 7.5mm) required for a perfect, custom fit in your specific piercing.

How do I secure the threadless push-pin top? Security is achieved through tension. Simply insert the pin of the top about halfway into your labret post, give the pin a very slight bend, and push it in completely. This creates a secure friction lock far more reliable for permanent wear than traditional screw-on jewelry.
