We carefully remove your jewelry for a deep clean, using ultrasonic cleaning and autoclave sterilization where appropriate for each piece.
Gentle Ear Care
While your jewelry is being treated, we gently cleanse, exfoliate, and moisturize the skin around your fully healed piercings.
Expert Reassembly & Styling
We put your jewelry back where you love it, or help you explore a fresh combination for your existing stack.

We treat every piece with care, but we can only guarantee the integrity of Nina Wynn jewelry. For jewelry from other brands, we will ask you to sign a waiver or remove the pieces yourself.

How often should I book an Ear Spa? ▾
Many clients enjoy a professional refresh every 6–12 months to keep their jewelry looking its best and their gold glowing.
Can I bring jewelry from other brands? ▾
Yes. For non-Nina Wynn jewelry, we ask you to sign a waiver or remove the jewelry yourself, as we cannot guarantee the durability of pieces from other brands.
Can you downsize my posts? ▾
We offer downsizing for threadless jewelry. Ask our team about a downsize when arranging your visit.
