DENVER, CO - Dec 2, 2019 - The savviest jewelry sales associates always go the extra mile during the holiday season and it’s no secret that brands will often incentive them with bonuses as a gesture of appreciation. For the 2019 holiday season, designer Nina Nguyen has decided to take this idea to an epic level by rewarding one associate with a once-in-a-lifetime, 10-day trip to Vietnam.
“I am thrilled to offer the chance to experience my native country as a holiday sales incentive,” says Nguyen. “I grew up in Vietnam, and the country is a big part of our brand’s DNA."
“I am constantly traveling back and forth to our design and production studio in Ho Chi Minh City, and one day got the idea that I wanted to share this part of my heritage, and a place that continues to be very inspiring and special to me, with one of our top-performing brand advocates."

For the month of December, participating associates across 80 of Nguyen’s retail partners, are invited to log sales of her pieces in an online system maintained by Nguyen’s team. The person with the highest sales figures wins round-trip airfare, hotel accommodations, most meals and an intimate, insider’s tour of the country’s must-see destinations and attractions hosted by Nguyen herself.
Scheduled for March 2020, the trip will be the perfect mix of sight-seeing, socializing, shopping, and hang time by the pool and incredible beach at the five-star Furama Resort Danang in Danang City.
