For mobile events in the Denver area, we require a minimum of 5 guests or 8 items. For in-studio sessions in our Highlands showroom, there is no minimum, though groups of 5+ enjoy private access.

Do you charge a travel fee for mobile jewelry pop-ups?

Travel within 15 miles of our Denver studio (including LoHi, RiNo, and Cherry Creek) is complimentary. For mountain events in Vail or Aspen, a travel fee applies.

Can we combine permanent jewelry with ear piercing at our event?

Do I need an appointment for the Everlasting Garden launch? Yes. These gemstone sessions require extra precision and usually sell out. We recommend booking early to secure your spot.

What gemstones are in the collection? The collection features Emeralds, Sapphires, Amethyst, Citrine, and Tourmalines, each specifically chosen for their beauty and daily-wear durability.

Can I add these gemstones to my existing Nina Wynn bracelet? Absolutely! We can add our new gemstone charms and connectors to your previous Nina Wynn pieces.

Is gemstone permanent jewelry safe for daily wear? Yes. We use hard-rated stones that are designed to handle showers, workouts, and the active Colorado lifestyle.

How long does a gemstone weld take? Please allow 20–30 minutes for your session to ensure plenty of time for stone selection and a perfect, custom weld.

Will the stones fall out? We stand behind our craftsmanship with a guarantee on our jewelry and welds. Please refer to our Permanent Jewelry Aftercare instructions for more details.

Are the stones ethically sourced? Yes. As an artisan-designer brand, we are committed to ethical sourcing and high-quality materials.

Is there a deposit? Yes, a deposit is required to ensure we have a dedicated jeweler ready for your appointment.

How long does a group session take? We allow about an hour for every 4 people. For a group of 8+, we reserve 3 hours; for 12+, we reserve 4 hours.

Do I need an appointment at a market or pop-up? No, these events are typically first-come, first-served. Just show up and get sparked!

How long is the wait? The welding process itself is quick. Typically, the wait is only 10–15 minutes per person.

What chains do you bring to pop-ups? We bring a curated selection of our best-selling gold-filled and sterling silver chains.

Can I get a piercing at a pop-up? Only if the event specifically lists "Piercing Available." Check the event description for details.

Do you take cash or card? We take both, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all contactless payments. We’ll take just about anything except for your children!

What if my chain breaks later? No worries. Simply bring your chain to our Highlands studio, and we’ll perform a re-weld for you.

Is it the same price as the studio? Yes, our pricing remains consistent whether you visit us at a market or in-studio.

Do you do anklets at pop-ups? Yes! However, we recommend wearing shoes that are easy to slip on and off.

How do I find your booth? Check our Instagram Stories the morning of the event for a "booth reveal" and location details.

Can I bring a friend? Of course! Group zapping is often faster than individual sessions and much more fun.

What are the space requirements for a Nina Wynn pop-up? We are very flexible! We only need a small 2x6 table area and access to an outlet, or we can bring our own battery power.

Do you promote the event to your followers? Yes. We provide co-branded graphics and promote the event across our social media channels.

Is there a fee to host a Nina Wynn pop-up? For large events (100+ guests), there is no deposit. For private business events, we require a deposit of $500 for 2 hours or $1,000 for 4 hours.

What insurance do you carry? We are fully professional and carry comprehensive liability insurance and worker's comp.

How long is a typical pop-up? Our standard pop-up duration is 3–4 hours, but we can customize this for your event.

Do you provide your own furniture and decor? Yes, we bring a high-end, aesthetic setup that complements your brand's vibe.

How do we handle bookings for our clients? We can use our booking system, your own signup list, or offer walk-in service depending on your preference.

What neighborhoods do you travel to? We serve all of Denver, Boulder, the Tech Center, South Denver, Colorado Springs, and as far north as Fort Collins.
