We are looking for an experienced professional piercer who loves jewelry and wants to grow into an exceptional Luxury Ear Stylist and fine-jewelry professional.

Compensation & Benefits
$25/hour guaranteed base pay + tips + performance bonuses.
Based on current team earnings, our piercers average approximately $62/hour in total earnings, including base pay and tips.
On especially strong, high-volume shifts, total hourly earnings can reach approximately $75/hour or more.
Tips and bonuses are variable and are not guaranteed. Your $25/hour base wage is guaranteed regardless of client volume.

The Role
You will work with clients from their initial consultation through piercing, jewelry selection, styling, healing, downsizing and future ear-curation appointments.
- Professional needle piercing
- Lobe and cartilage piercing
- Ear anatomy assessment and placement planning
- Curated ear styling and ear mapping
- Installing and changing threadless jewelry
- Selecting appropriate jewelry and post lengths
- Downsizing healing and healed piercings
- Piercing aftercare education
- Troubleshooting healing concerns within your professional scope
- Maintaining strict sanitation and sterilization standards
- Helping clients select jewelry based on anatomy, lifestyle, budget and personal style
- Building long-term relationships with returning clients
- Creating intentional ear stacks rather than simply performing individual piercings
- Supporting jewelry sales and the overall client experience
Experience & Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced professional piercer who takes both technical piercing and client experience seriously.
- Professional needle-piercing experience
- Strong knowledge of ear anatomy and safe placement
- Experience with threadless flat-back jewelry
- Knowledge of sterilization and aseptic technique
- Knowledge of cross-contamination prevention
- Current Bloodborne Pathogens certification
- Current First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to maintain required certifications
- Excellent communication and bedside manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence working with luxury clientele
- Weekend availability
Experience with 14k or 18k gold, diamonds, gemstones, fine jewelry, jewelry styling or luxury retail is highly valued.
Existing clientele is welcome but is not required.

Become a Luxury Ear Stylist
