Was out exploring around with my girlfriend and came across the pop-up market. Was guided through a couple options and given suggestions based uniquely on my girlfriend's bar tending work (frequent water exposure, hand washing, etc), and we walked away with a great piece that she loves and should last quite a while!

Nina provides the best customer service ! An earring stone had some discoloration and she was so quick to replace the entire earring.
The jewelry might be on the pricier side but she stands behind her product and always makes it right for her customers.

My mom and I have been to Nina’s shop several times, and we’ve always had a great experience. I got a permanent bracelet from her about a year ago, and it still looks brand new. I wear it all the time, and it’s held up really well while staying just as shiny as when I first got it.

What has always stood out to me is how kind and helpful Nina is. She takes the time to talk with you and make sure you’re happy with what you choose. Her jewelry is beautiful, and I love that all of the pieces are her own designs.

I visited Nina‘s tent at Union Station and I got an anklet was absolutely beautiful. I met Nina at her shop and she is absolutely amazing.! Her original designs with natural gemstones and diamonds are amazing. I went there for an anklet, but I’ll be back for way more.! I highly recommend!!

I absolutely love my permanent bracelet from here! I have several from different places, and this one is by far my favorite. I chose the multicolor tourmaline bracelet and get compliments on it all the time — it’s such a unique and beautiful piece. All future permanent jewelry purchases I’ll be getting from this shop!

I came here to get a rook piercing and got so much more! Nina and Matthew were the sweetest people. They helped me pick the perfect, beautiful earring for my rook, helped me pick a new earring for a separate piercing that wasn’t healing (not pierced here) and even gave my 3 year old daughter a little bracelet for being so patient while I was doing everything. If I could give them 10 stars I would! By far the best piercing experience I have ever had! I loved that I wasn’t rushed and not pressured into anything!!! Best place for a piercing!

I was unable to actually go in here because it's by appointment only. Not sure how people can browse the jewelry if they have to schedule an appointment. Tried to check out the scheduling at the door, but the website wouldn't load.

Nina and Darby(piercer) are amazing!!! I have gotten 5 piercings over 2 sessions, and the experience was exceptional. The attention to detail on placement, and styling and ease of the piercing was the absolute best. One of my jewelry pieces got caught and broke that I bought at my piercing session with them, and they replaced it without hesitation. Top quality earrings to select from, and it is very hard not to get more piercings!!!

My experience at Nina Wynn was phenomenal. Darby worked with me during my appointment and was an absolute gem! I went in for an ear mapping and piercing session and Darby was so helpful and informative from beginning to end. She really took the time to curate a look that balanced the anatomy of my ear and masked an error from a previous piercer. Darby was so knowledgeable, kind, and very clearly passionate about her craft. She took the time to walk me through the piercing process, sterilization process, and after care recommendations. I was so nervous to get a cartilage piercing initially but, Darby made me feel so at ease. I couldn’t believe how smooth the process was! The jewelry selection at Nina Wynn is incredible and well worth the price tag. Darby helped me pick out the most beautiful emerald earring for my conch piercing and it’s my new obsession! I will be returning from Michigan in a few months for my downsizing appointment and can’t wait to add more piercings as well! I can’t recommend this place enough! 10/10!

The people here are so kind!
I got my helix pierced and bought a hoop. I do not know a lot about piercings. Months had passed and my hoop and piercing were not healing. Mind you this hoop was over $150!!

Eventually a friend told me to switch it out with a stud. I got one off Etsy, and started the healing process over. It's been fine since then but I feel like I was misled initially. Long story short, do your own research before. The jewelry they have is very pretty, just needed someone to tell me not to start a cartilage piercing with a hoop.
